Eclipse

A hush over the towers

The experiment

A still photograph turned into a living scene — rebuilt and animated entirely in the browser, with no video.

Neon glow — the bright signs are detected in the image and re-lit with a pulsing glow; the arrows cascade across the frame.
Rain — a translucent layer of falling rain drifts over the towers.
Vignette — a soft gradient frames the edges and settles the mood.
Colour grade — a subtle brightness & contrast pass sets the tone.
Particle render — the photo is reconstructed from thousands of points that assemble on load.
